I've been learning to use the applications since I got them activated. I'm sure the best flash artists had to learn the basics. Also, if I pirated it I wouldn't have gotten that 12hr tutorial disc. Not to mention the live online training sessions and other legal trinkets... I see your point, but I think it's worth it.
